PolyPals -- MoMath's Pre-K Program

Afternoons in 2014 just got exponentially more exciting! PolyPals, MoMath's program for pre-K children, is starting a new round. Meeting every Tuesday through June, PolyPals will offer our littlest potential mathematicians the opportunity to listen to math-themed stories and have fun exploring the concepts behind them. Led by MoMath's skilled educational staff, toddlers and pre-schoolers will participate in songs, stories, and activities tied to a different theme each week. Patterns, shapes, numbers, and more — PolyPals is a great way to enrich your child's day with mathematical inspiration.

The almost-Ks (three and up) will meet from 2:45 to 3:30 pm and the younger set (two- and three-year olds) will get together from 3:30 until 4:15. For this first four-week session of PolyPals, there's a great lineup of themes and featured stories planned:

Session 1 Shape (The Greedy Triangle - Marilyn Burns)

Session 2 Number (Rooster's Off to See the World - Eric Carle)

Session 3 Pattern (Teddy Bear Counting - Barbara Barbieri McGrath)

Session 4 Measurement (Guess How Much I Love You? - Sam McBratney and Anita Jeram)

Please note that registration fees are nonrefundable.
